Sales & Partnerships Coordinator – Bogotá

We’re looking for a proactive, bilingual (ES/EN) Sales & Partnerships Coordinator based in Bogotá to grow Adrenaline Addicts’ presence and sales across Colombia. This role combines on-the-ground marketing, relationship building, and event preparation. The goal is to increase direct bookings (B2C) through hostels/hotels and expand partnerships (B2B) with agencies and OTAs.

Hospitality Partnerships (B2C)

  • Visit hostels, hotels, and guesthouses weekly to present our services.
  • Secure placement of flyers, posters, and info stands at partner locations.
  • Train hostel/hotel staff on how to recommend and book our tours.
  • Negotiate and manage commission structures for referrals.

Agency & OTA Partnerships (B2B)

  1. Build a pipeline of national tour agencies to pitch and onboard.
  2. Assist with preparing materials (brochures, presentations, rate sheets) for B2B partners.
  3. Support the setup of OTA listings (e.g., Viator, GetYourGuide, local platforms).

Sales & Reporting

  • Track leads and partnerships in Odoo CRM  or Google Sheets.
  • Provide weekly activity reports (visits made, contacts established, deals closed).
  • Monitor competitor presence in Bogotá and at events.

ANATO Conference Preparation:

  • Coordinate logistics (booth design, brochures, banners, promotional kits).
  • Research agencies attending, schedule pre-set meetings during the fair.
  • Act as on-site support during the event.

Support Responsibilities:

  • Help with WhatsApp/Email inquiries during peak hours.
  • Collect feedback from partners and customers to improve materials and offers.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for social media content (photos of new stands, hostel visits, event moments).
